On Tuesday, April 24, we will be pushing a fairly large update to the Pollstar website.
The biggest component will be a completely revamped subscription management process. As some of you may be aware, we have been unable to take new subscriptions online for about a month now, and this update will finally resolve this issue and allow us to move forward with the closure of PollstarPro on May 1.
We will also be including a brand new helpdesk feature that will improve our customer service and response times for problems or questions, as well as numerous updates to resolve all sorts of issues.
Thank you for your patience during this transitional time. It’s been a long journey, and we’re almost there. We really want to build the Pollstar platform into a tool that works for you, so please keep sending those suggestions and feedback!
