On Tuesday, April 24, we will be pushing a fairly large update to the Pollstar website.

The biggest component will be a completely revamped subscription management process. As some of you may be aware, we have been unable to take new subscriptions online for about a month now, and this update will finally resolve this issue and allow us to move forward with the closure of PollstarPro on May 1.

We will also be including a brand new helpdesk feature that will improve our customer service and response times for problems or questions, as well as numerous updates to resolve all sorts of issues.

There will also be a preliminary version of one of our most highly requested features – the API. It’s not fully functional yet, but the free version should be available very soon. Once activated, you will be able to access Pollstar data via the full OAUTH interface, or through simpler JavaScript and WordPress plugins depending on your needs.
